Brooke Hardebeck

Brooke Hardebeck is the founder and operator of Studio b in Lafayette, IN, which serves over 500 dancers through recreational and competitive programs. Brooke is passionate about running a successful business and creating a safe, welcoming environment for her community.

Recently, Brooke began a new venture with developing a software called RecitalReady. This software will help studio owners manage their recitals.  

After graduating from Purdue with a degree in Communications, Brooke gained 12 years of business and marketing experience before realizing her childhood dream of opening a dance studio in 2009. Since then she has opened a second studio and expanded multiple times. 

Brooke currently leads a staff of 27, including four full-time administrative staff. During the past 10 years, Studio b has received many awards including being voted the Area’s Best Dance Studio each year, and being named the Small Business of the Year in 2017 by the Greater Lafayette Commerce.  

Brooke is a board member for Boys & Girls Club and a member of Rotary. She and her husband of over 20 years are the proud parents of girls ages 9 & 11 and two Labrador retrievers named Minnie and Daisy.
